Gas not yet delivered

I had made a booking by sms at mob # 9212066172. I had sent this message last month when the gas was changed. Again another message was sent last week for the gas. Also tried calling at 0124 2570200 / 2570671, but both the number come engaged the whole day.

Today, when i managed to speak to the person at the booking office, he tells me that they lost my receipt. Ask him that why has the gas not yet been delivered. He tells me that they were waiting for me to call them up.

When you go to the office at Vyapar Kendra they just treat you badly.

In the morning, in front of Vypar Kendra their are selling the gas cylinder for Rs400/-. If you tell them you have a number, they tell you to make a booking in the office.

We as consumer of IOCl should have a contact where the customer can lodge they complaints.

I do not think that this complaint would be looked into.
