Sub: Implementation of Bangalore District Consumer Forum’s order

I am supposed to get Rs one lakh for the deficiency of service with interest @ 10% p.a. from date of deposit till date of payment as per order passed by the II Additional Dist. Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bangalore Urban District, (attached herewith) favouring me in Complaint No. 352 dated 11th November.

From 2003 till now I have been running from pillar to post in the B’lore Urban Deputy Commissioner’s office, Taluk Office, etc., to get the order implemented. However, no results are forthcoming.

This is to kindly request you to instruct the concerned officers to expedite the same so that I can get the compensation authorized to be given to me by the Consumer Forum.
