Not getting response

Sir,

i have send a complaint against DTDS Courier & Cargo Lmt on 28/7/09.I show you again here:

Sir,

I send a b'daycard to Mysore by DTDC courier from Vidisha, my receipt no is "M42330904", card weight is 40 gms. on 8/7/09 at 3 pm. They charged Rs 90 for this and promise me they surly deliverd it on 11/07/09.but they deliverd it on 13/07/09.

which is a fault

i think they cheet my sentiments .also i pay them this much money for delivering it on 11/07/09.b'cos normal charges are rs 40.

So plz i want you that you can take an action against them.
