Sir

This is Syed Hussain. I am working in viveks ltd as an account assistant. In a month of june 31st i am leaving job in viveks ltd.

i submitted my pf application in month of Aug 31st. My pf account details are mentioned below please do the needful.

I Send all the details through google mail but not received any mail from u. And one more thing i received my pf form and fill all the detailes and ones again i send through speed post. Please tack care of this and do help me for this. Mention my address because my addres is changed present i am in kakinada i right all the address in that speed post behind.
