Line Disconnected Bill cleared, still Billing continued

Dear Sir,

I Mitali Sani W/O K.K. Sani while leaving from Golpahari Tatanagar

have given application for disconnection in 2005. Line was disconnected &

Meter reading was cleared. But still bills are imposed on my closed consumer

no: GP- 154. Kindly do the necessory action to stop billing.
