NON RECEIPT OF CHEQUE AFTER AWARDING COMPENSATION

Dear sir,

It is a matter of great concern that while time taken to settle the case after witness argument is

reasonable say within 7 to 9 months from the initial stage but after awarding the compensation

by the Hon'ble forum their own deptt is not issuing the relative cheque to the awarding person (consumer) in time and takes inordinate delay such as one year and above and that too after

vigorous follow up.though the money had been deposited by the opponent to the hon'ble forum

office within the stipulated time.

THUS IT IS APPARENT THAT TIME TAKEN BY FORUM DEPTT FOR ISSUING CHEQUE

IS MORE THAN DECEIDING THE CASE IN THE FORUM THOUGH IT INVOLVES

SO MANY DATES WITNESSES ARGUMENTS AND OTHER PROCEDURE WHILE

ISSUING CHEQUE BY THE FORUM DEPTT IS IN DAILY ROUTINE NATURE.

It is also learnt that so many other cases are pending for issuing the case after

final judgement.

I am not finding any remedy of it.

Can any body plz guide me what to do in this case.
