PF amount not received

Hi,

I am Ashish Mudgal and I am working in Noida. I had submitted my PF Form in June but still i have not received my amount in my account till date, I was told that i will receive the same in within 2 months, but no response. Please provide me the status as when can i get the same as it has been already more than 9 Months. My details are HR/GGN/28885/16.
