Delay in receiving the prize

I have been the member of contest2win.com for past many years, my username is abdi1, as per the policy of the website the members play game & collect points on the basis of the points you can redeem prize, it has been more than 3months i have'nt received the nokia phone nor the gift voucher which i have redeemed which was supposed to be deliver within a week, there is no response inspite of sending mails, i feel cheated by them & i want to explore option to bring the website for cheating the contestent
