Not received my PF amount till today

Dear Sir

I was working as Sr. Welder in Continental Construction Ltd. My site office was at SHOLDING, P.O.BHABHA NAGAR, DISTT KINNAUR, HIMACHAL PRADESH-172115. My EPF account number is DL/1169/8062. My services was over in July. Since then I have been waiting to receive my PF amount. Even I do not know what kind of formalities I have to do to get my PF amount.

My wife is seriosly sick and I need my money deducted under PF Fund so that I could get my wife operated. I beg your help in this regard.
