On 04 Dec two persons presumably some contractor's agents came to my residece C-511 Defence Colony (SF) to replace my meter without any authority. They were not in possession of any identity card. The water meter to be replaced had no test certificate of DJB either. I have no prior notice. They came at an odd time at 5.30pm MY account no is 12278 sector 14/SZ-2 GK-1 Josef Broz Tito marg
