Part has taken

I have logged the complaint in mid of the October but still I have not yet such reply from your side. I have complianed about my microwave then technician has checked and he has taken the part of my microwave. I have call them but their reply is that your part has given in Bangalore office and it will take time to come. Every time their same answer. I am fade up about that. Croma is a such a reputed company and their service is not satisfactory to the customer then we have to think about that whether we should buy the product or not.
