Credit card bill not delivered on time

Hi,

Sub: This is regarding the Credit card Bills

I did a online transction for an Air Ticket from Deccan Airways from Bangalore - Delhi

the payment was made within one week but because of some reasons the amount was not cleared

and I was not informed about that untill I promptely tried to check as i dint recive bills of that month

but when i visited the bank personally I was told that It will be taken care with in 15 working days,

Nobody bothered to keep me informed about the status for 30days,

after which I again visited the bank to check and this time tallked to someone who dint know what to do,

after a long conversation he provided me with the complaint recipt and promised to get in touch with in a week but againg after 30days when I checked with him he said he wont be able to HELP and told me to contack the manager and Check.

I have Spent 4months to clear the Credit payment for Axis Credit card and the experience was Worst

the online transaction was made for 6000/- which is reached to about 9000/- currentely

Please Help me to get in touch with someone who can help me and not delay
