PF Money not Credited in Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have resigned from Convergys India Services Pvt. Ldt in March and the PF Form was filled in November. I called up the Company HR and they said that they have received confirmation from PF Office in Gurgaon. I called up the PF Office in Gurgaon and I was told that the Checque was Send on my Savings Account in Citibank and should be credited in Maximum 30 Days else I was told to call. I have been continously Calling PF Office adnd the No. is always busy. When I call up the Other No. I am told to call Enquiry as that the Only lie active right now. Today is 2nd April and have still not received any info about the same. Can you please Assist.
