POD's are not receving

Dear Sir/ Madam

This this is reference to above subject we are not receving the POD correctly every month & most of the time i found POD's do not have date of delivery, Company stamps propore signature. I request you all people to educate the delivery boys to make sure all above details to be taken all the time.
