Non delivery after booking

I am really fed up with HP GAS service, after so many complaints there is no improvement in their service. I have booked my GAS one month ago but till date i have not recd. Gas. Even yesterday i got a call from Gas Agency that you will be getting the Gas tomorrow but till date nobody has come with the GAS.

You are requested to look into this matter urgenlty & take necessary action against them. Pls find below the Consumer No.-
