All phones are enggaged whole day

Respected sir,

it's highly difficult for us to book gas in the gas in the phone as all phones are either enggaged whole day. Once luckly i managed to talk one girl employee at you Bollarum offfice i was misinformed that double cylenders are being issued i went to your office all the way to collect the double cylender only to learn that it has not been issued as yet.

Kindly look at the problem we r facing due to this kind of behaviour of your employees.
