Change of delivery address

Dear Sir,

I have a gas connection in the name of' 'Seema Singh' (Consumer No.18111). I have filed an affidavit in the court of law regarding change in my name from 'Seema Singh' to 'Seema Pal'.I had visited the Dakhinapan Shopping Branch of Indane gas with the affidavit along with bank statement of my present address requesting them to make the necessary change in my name as well as in the address.

My bank statement is in my present name ' Seema Pal'.

The service people have denied to implement the change in my name and are asking me to provide address proof in my olc name ' Seema Singh', which is no more possible.

The affidavit has already been authorised my the court of law. Its been almost 18 years since I have been using the Indane connection and such embarrasment for change in name and address even after providing all the necessary documents is not expected from a company of your holding a good reputation.

I would therefore request you to ask your Dakhinapan branch people to accept the documents and make the nessary changes (name and address)
