Cooking range and chimeny

This is to bring to kind attention that i have purchased one cooking range and a chimney from Home town Noida on 14-07. wide advance receipt no 2000019678. after paying the full amount the delivery of the productes was delayed and after repeated calls it was made. Now I am waiting for the installation of the same since august. But no one has turned till date.

while the delivery and installation was promised by the Mr. Tanseem (Sales guy) with the week. I am really surprised by this kind of neglect by the people in fulfilling their commitment.

Now I feel that i made a mistake in buying the product from home town Noida since i am staying in delhi.
