Unforunately my experince is dissapionting buying a product from company like GLEN we always beleive that the quality has no compromise, and we are spending higher due to best of quality and long term responce from product.

Unfortunetly our experience to the same is just opposite and we felt that buying a gas cook top GL1033SSHF from you company was a mistake. WE BOUGHT THIS COOK TOP from kara baazaar [electronic mid night diwali baazaar held in kanpur]exhibition in exchange offer organised by glen india.to my dissapointment the burners of the cooktop broke and the rings of the burner came out .this happened wthin year but the dealer responsible refused to help us. now i have come to know that ther is 5 year warrenty for the burner by the company .i will be obliged that company helps me out in this matter thankig you kumkummisra
