Do Not Trust This Guy, He Is A Fraud

I made an AMC contract to service my company AC and we've paid him the amount for this service in advance. Now its almost two months since the 1st service is due but they are not providing the service. We demanded our money back but they are not ready for that also. Now we are planning to go to consumer court against them. Customers please be aware of this person. His name is Mr Ayaz Ahemed-9867598740, his shop's name is Coolpack Technologies. Tried to call 100s of times but he is not picking up the phone
