Sr. Citizen - Parking Problem

I am a Retired employee of Public Sector undertaking staying in

a Co-op G H Soc.on the VI Fl. My neighbours living in the adjoining block

park their cars on the road below my Block Blocking the Road making it

practically impossible to take out my car from my parking space allotted

to me on the ground Fl. My repeated requests to them with Folded Hand have

no imoact on them and they have plea where they park their cars and they

have more than one car. Please help me and advise the recourse available to

me to resolve it peacefully.
