Harassment by the society board

I have a flat in a building in Andheri which is leased to a software company. The company uses the same to house their outstation recruits until they find accomodation elsewhere and also visiting employees.

The Chairman now refuses to allow the tenant to enter saying that the house cannot be used in thi fashion. It has to be leased to a family only.

I wish to take legal action against the board and the chairman in particular.

Please advise.
