21% charged on soc due

Hello,

I have been charged 21% compounded on a monthly basis on flat left behind inestate, which was under litigation for 10 years with competent court, i could not enjoy property or use it till court was declared in my favour. Soc has refused to correspond since last ten years despite my serial and continuous correspondence with society.
