Core banking
Problem regarding core banking

Dear sir,

I am from noida. I want to complain abt the core banking services in sector-2 (noida) are very very poor.

because when i went there, i saw there were very much problem about depositing the money in core banking srvices. there were near about 70-80 people to submitting there deposits, but there is only ONE WINDOW for all these, thats take near abt HALF HOUR TO CAME TO 10TH PERSON TO WINDOW. Due to this its take very much enough time to follow this services. I had face oftenlly this problem there because i am an employ in other company thats why i or any body can not spend enough time to use these services.

so i think this is very poor services in this modern era...

Please take some action ragarding that i m waiting for yuor reply...
