Respected Sir,

My name is Kishor Mahindrakar. I have some no. of shares of your company, coromandal fertiliser company Ltd. But i do not know whether these shares are on my name or wife's name. My wife is Nema Mahindrakar. I had recieved one dividend chaque. I can not cash it because at that time I am out of station. After that the chaque is lost. So I do not remember share certificate sr. no. Now I am tranfered to Pune from Karjat (Ahmednagar). My new address is & Kishor K. Mahindrakar
