BRIBE demanded for new VoterID card

Hello sir,

I am a new resident of Chennai (VADAPALANI), who need to apply for new Election Id card.

I saw in television news that new applications for voter id is issued and regarding this I went to election section of corporation office (Vadapalani) and enquired for new application form. I was informed that they are not issuing it now and it will done after January succeding a government anouncement. I got puzzled and returned.

While I am returning one person called me identifing himself as employee who deliver voter id card. He asked me about the details which I need, and I conved about the television news. He told me voterId is givin for only VIP persons and bribe should be given by me to get the same.

I want know how do one get a voterId card without giving any bribe when I have a valid ration card (got without giving any bribe)?

When there is bribe deal needed for the basic electionId card (under election commission), how could we get uncorrpted government?

Is there anything to feel proved of my country? Selfish everywhere, .. who sell fellow beings she country for their own living. This the only reason why India is invaded by others and which is still happening.

When will this end?

Tiny country Japan is best example, let us find them to change.
