Poor quality food served

We placed an order with Corporate Chef, caterers in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The order was placed to serve the same to childrens taking shelter in an orphanage home in Secunderabad. The quality of the food served was worst. The items ordered were not supplied and those supplied were the worst ones which no one would like to eat. They wantedly did it because it being an orphanage home and children will eat whatever food is served.

Its shame to have people like this in the society. They do not have any moral values and concern for humanity. Their only aim is to make money. Please let me kno where should i complain about this.
