Missing Courie

Dear sir/madam,

this is to inform u that my son has an courier from Goa to Agra vide pod. no. 37395 Dated 09th march. It is containing very important documents in it but till date we are just waiting for the same at the another end. When we contacted their head office at bombay on phone, they are just making up the stories regarding it. They said We have not yet receieved this courier at bombay. Goa Branch is not responding at all whether in person or on phone.

We are totally put in the dark about this courier. Those people just fooling us around. It would be grateful if u can do something in it or help us to find out our courier.
