Causing delay by the concerned agent for collecting my bill amount prepaired on 29.05.08 when due date was 07.06.08

I am having Post paid Vodafone facility. My Corporate Organisation always keep my billing amount ready much before the prescribed due date.

In my bill statement due date was mentioned as 07.06.08.But arrangement for payment was made by us on 29.05.08 so that the collecting agent can come and collect it without any delay. This time also they have not yet come to collect that bill amount, despite contacting them over telephone. Most probably it has caused a problem for blocking my Cell Phone bearing Number 9962113138, unnecessarily.

I do not understand as to why such delay is always being done by the concerned collecting agent which is totally inconvenient to me, for it is not feasible for me (beaing a senior manager) to find out where i can send that ready made Demand Draft in a dropbox.

I tried several times to know where i can drop that instrument, particulary when I contacted with many Vodafone collecting agent shops.

It is totally inconvenient to me, hence I Advise you to close my Phone number because, it is an embarrassing type. You close this phone and reimburse me that security amount lying with you.

Alternatively you may advise them for avoiding any delay and take appropriate steps for your Phone service.
