Non-receipt of Provident Fund yearly slips

I really am surprised about the way of working of our Government. We have not received our Provident Fund Annual Slips for the period 06-07, 07-08, 08-09. Whenever contacted, they inform that the slips are not ready. There is no proper authority to monitor these things and our PF gets deducted regurlarly. As a result we are not in a position to know the exact amout of our PF accumulation.

Theses Govt. employees think that these offices belong to their Family and they talk so rudely and I wonder how Govt keeps quite.
