Application for education loan not accepted

Me Tanmay S/O Mr. Subodh Chaudhary.. A permanent resident of village Nagori, P.O.- Phalawada, of distt Meerut, U.P. temporarily residing in meerut city on rent.. i am persuing B.Tech (2nd year) from meerut.. i want to state that my father been to Corporation bank for education loan.. being eligible for loan and having all documents complete, they have not accepted my proposal on the only ground that i am not a permanent resident of meerut city but of a small village of district meerut..

I would request the higher authorities to take necessary actions.. nd inform me for the same..
