I Mirza M Mehdi credit card holder, I have paid an amount of Rs. 15000/- as full and final settlement and we have received an offer letter saying that.

In the view of the exceptional circumstances as explained by you, we confirm the offer of a structured payment plan of Rs. 15000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) in 1 monthly installment via cash or payment instrument payable to Citibank N.A. On the appropriation of this payment the above mentioned cared account (s) stand (s) settled in full and final and no further dues would be payable to Citi Bank N.A

Hence this is a office letter, our auditors are not accepting and not considering as a N.O.C. (No Outstanding Certificate) so please issue me a NOC certificate saying that as per the above reference no we have received a full and final payment as a settlement and there is No Outstanding payable to Citi Bank further.

It is very urgent please issue as soon as possible
