Fraud in case of loans

Espected sir, i m kamaljeet singh from sangrur.i deal wid loans.my plm is that i have started working as d.m.a of cosmic credit services from2.07.08.initialy they told me very simple conditions so i put some loan cases of people and submitted the money but when the time came near for clearing loans they tell me to submit more money which we again gave them and then they gave me new papers n terms of conditions like signatures of head of departments on undertaking bonds which are not possible bcoz' nobody is ready to take responsibility and submit goverment witness or guaranty.and when i talked about it they said"u take file chare of 2500-3000/- and get relaxed and rest leave on us".but when i showed my disagreement and told them to pay the whole money back or clear the loans then they try to threaten me by boasting with their powers.now i m very upset and confused about what to do please help me.
