Non Receipt of Refund

Hello

My wife, Sheela Rao applied for a work from home scheme announced by Cosmos Infomedia where in this company had mentioned that there is money back guarantee if we are not satisfied with the work. We promptly returned within 10 days from the receipt but till today they've not refunded us the amount and it's almost 3 months over now.

Please take this matter on a top priority and have this resolved as I am sure like us, there will be thousands of people awaiting for this kind of refund.
