Taking extra amount in the nameof Bank Chages for buying through Debit Card

The company "Cost to cost" located at Nehru place, Delhi, is charging extra 2% of the total amount in bill for buying computer hardware through Debit card.

I purchased a DVD Writer from the above mentioned company and they charged extra 2 percent of amount and then they put 5 percent extra in the name out output tax.

As, there is no extra tax has been paid on purchase of Debit Card or Credit card. Then why this company is charging?

Thus it is making fraud of thousands of rupees daily of innocent Indians.

Kindly look into the matter and take some action for such forgery.
