Cot
Wrong cot delivered

Miscellaneous

I had purchsed a six by six size qtr. size cot from big bazar t, nagar in chennai,

on 24/1/09, they not only delivered the wrong cot but it was also deffective, (the ply wood was over size and would not stay on the cot)

whern i contacted the sales men (balaji) he said there was amistake and put me on to the department head (hari krishnan) hari krishnan promised that the cot is awalible elware and would deliver to me within 15 dayes untilt then i could use this cot, thers been no information since then and when ever i call these people dont pick up the mobile seeing my number.

then finally i got to some onbe whos the manager for tn / kerala (thats what they told me) his name was rajesh kumar, whenh i gave him the story he said he would call me back immidiatly. but he was smart enough to save my mobile mumber, and ever since wouldnt picj up my call or call me, i finally called him from afriends mobile he then picked up and told me that thers no other cot and that they have miss informed you, and cant do any thing .(lets see)

shame on the company and the group,

i am still running around, i know for sure none in the organisation is going tom be bothered about this but i would like people to see this and not buy anything from big bazar any more.
