Without giving money A/C Debited

Sir,

On 13.10.09 at about 1.30 P.M I went to an ATM counter of SBI, Bhangagarh, Guwahati to withdraw cash of Rs.40, 000.00 . After performing all the require information the transaction processing was completed but the payment was bounced back due to hang of server.

On the next day evening i.e on 14.10.09 I have withdrawn cash of Rs.15000.00 from the same ATM counter but my account was debited by Rs. 55000.00 (Rs. 40000 15000).

In this event please be noted that my husband was not in Station and due to illness of my only son I could not be able to lodge the complain in time.

Hence, I would therefore request you to take necessary steps to credit the amount of Rs. 40000.00 in my account and oblige thereby.
