Digging up the Sever Line

Hi My name is Manoj Kumar resident in wazir pur jj colony my home address is j/3, 249 behind guruwdara.our local counceller name is Mamta DIKHA. She is digging up all the colony sever for repairing in the rainy season. People of the colony are in great manace. Our street people don'nt want to repair sever b'cos they are already in very good condition so no need to repair them. Some of the houses road level are very low including mine house also if our street is dug then we will face lot of water logging problem in future. I have spoken to my street people about this & they all are agree with this, So we the people of this street are urging a reuqest to concernd officer of M.C.D not to repair & digg our street sever. We will give a request letter to our Local Counceller with street people sign paper to stop our street sever repairing. I hope The M.C.D Department will take a quick action before counceller people come to our street.
