Not getting service from Country Vacation

Last Year in June i got a call from country vacation and gave offer of 5 years vacation package for 60k and promised good service . till now i have not got my country vacation ID card and also i tried to book 2 vacations till now i have not got any bookings done . every time i call up customer care they say they have mailed the office and will call me back . till date i have never got any call and have not got any bookings done . after several follow ups i get reply the rooms are not available.

i urger please take some actions on country vacation, they just trap people and do not provide any service.
