Not proper distribution of coupan

Hi Dear

I newpaper vendor

What rubbish thing doing by your sale, Mkt and coupan distribution person. They never take any feedback from us for what happeing with customer and vendor. Mony is transfer in your account for two year subcripation but they have alloted only coupan for one year. After one year what they have do? do have they follow up with your sales/mkt people but nothing will be used. They answer to me and my customer " We dont know or wait for sometime we will get back to you." This has happened last two year. I am very afraid I am distributor of HT news paper.

And the last this problem will not sort-out i will closed all 30 customer for HT and I will start DNA because they provide the better service than you. I wold like to seat with you mkt and sale people for Why they penlise us like this.
