We are sorry to say that we have received a Couriers No. 210017309 delayed by 5 days from your local branch Mandi Gobindgarh. They have not delivered by themselves but we had contacted your branch so many times. When we had not find any response then we had sent our staff member and then finally receive the courier. As a client we are not satisfied with the service of your local branch. If it happens again then it may lose company’s Reputation and goodwill too. Hope you will look into the matter and try to be the best of your service in future.
