Delay in receiving courie

hp innovation and incentives and redemption support sent me a courier on 7th november. AWB no is 700743482... today its 16th november. Till now i didnt received the couirier.its 9 days and still it didnt reached calicut from chandigarh... why is this delay..When will i get this...??? please give the feed back.
