Did not delivered and made almost 30 days delay in returning

Hi,

I was sendind my admission form through a courier service and had to deliver in one as the last date was after one day.

Now these chaps took my courier and charged 250/- bugs and promised to deliver in one day.

I came to know through institute that they did not recieved my form.

To my surprise, forget the delivery when I called up after 4 days and asked them what happened they said they don, t have their courier service in that area.

I has horrified, and when I asked them to return my papers, they said that its at their Delhi office and will get it after 1 week.

After several follow ups and literally had a fight to get back my own things from them.

The whole thing involved lot of mental tension and also affected my carrier as I could get admission due their poor service and false promises.

Very unprofessional and lazy guys, they do not understand urgency of the person.

I don't believe they are operating a courier service.
