Courier not received
Non deliver of courier/poor customer response

Hi,

I have been gave two courier to Professional Courier to be sent at the name of Satish Kumar Garg, Aggarsain Colony, 590/9, Sirsa Haryana, 125055

phone no.-01666228743.

My First Courier Given to Professional Courier Docket No. is 103022883 at 25th june.

Second Courier Given to Professional Courier on 29th june, Docket No. is currently not with me.

Both Courier nedd to be sent on same address as mentioned above, till now i did not get it, this courier contains a very important and original documents. More than one week that i did not get it.

After calling to ur customer they did not give proper response, each time they transferring call to another one. Amount paid on courier is larger than the follow up with the customer care.

I need these two courier at earliest otherwise i will take a action.
