Courier Service
Not deliver the consignment and even not returned back

We sent a cover with valid document on 15th April since we have not received any reply from other party after a week and just logged on about the status of docket. We find that it is not delivered.

We have mentioned correct address and contact persons mobile number, Land line number and mobile number of mine.

If it is not delivered or if Professional courier is have any clarification, can call and find out OR at least can leave message that it is not delivered due to so and so reason and can return back the cover. But it is not done.

We really hate the service of Professional Couriers. Very WORST SEVERICE.
