I booked a letter for delivery to Noida on 06/10 vide AWB No. 201632588 through -

M/s Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd.

GS-3, GDA Market, Patel Nagar

Ghaziabad.

As my client to whom I sent the letter didn't receive the letter till date, I approached M/s Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. on 19/10 and subsiquently on 20/10 for the POD (Proof Of Delivery). The party is unable to provide me either the POD or the DRS (Delivery Receipt Sheet). They are repeatedly asking me the address of addressee which I refused to them. It has created lot of confusion with my client and my business is going to suffer a lot due to this delay.

I request you to intervine in this matter & provide me the POD proper compensation for this at the earliest to enable me to resolve the confusion.
