Non receipt of Consignment

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Consignment No 6370080555 delivered through Aramex Courier Services Ltd, from New Delhi addressed to Bangalore is not delivered from 25 days. The status is also unknown from several days.

I called up the customer service Toll free - 080-33003300 (Bangalore Local). No customer service executive is updating the status of the shipment.

The details of the Shipment are: Bagittoday order no M-COMMERCE/0GA100088992 (Online shopping) has sent the Courier with consignment no 6370080555 delivered through Aramex Courier Services on 7th December'2010. I have been taking up this issue freqently with Aramex Courier services and Bagittoday. But no one is helping in this regard.

Kindly take up this issue on priority and do the needful.
