Delay of Submission of PF withdrawel form

My name is Edwin peterson A, emp id 1414527 my last working day with csc covansys India p ltd is 24 feb 09 (laid off date).

I have submitted my PF withdrawal filled form on 10th june and I made my first enquiry on 18th june and people in helpdesk told me that “your form 3a is in process”.

I made several enquiries to the help desk HR and pay roll peoples in the next coming days/months. They told me the same conversation like “your form 3a is in process and our finance team is working on this”.

I have completed more than 6 months (24Feb09 is my lay off) and I have completed more than 2 months (10June09 is my PF withdrawal form submission date) but still not received the pf amount.

Even,

I made a call with helpdesk by today itself (09 September 09) and received the same conversation like “your form 3a is in process and our finance team is working on this”.

I disappointed in this issue.

Please answer me

Am I eligible to receive my PF?

When can I able to receive my PF?

Is required my presents?

As per my pay slip, every month PF deducted.

Please try to sort out this issue as soon as possible and get my PF Money at the earliest.

Please help me in this to get my PF amount. i am jobless person and not having money to survive the next up coming day/months
