PF ammount not transfered

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF transfer forms on Dec 18.

from my current PF AcNo: KN/352/39/530 to my current PF AccNO: TN/30027/12216.

almost three years gone but still my amount is not transfered. I called many times to Chennai PF office . they said that they submitted request form to Bangalore office and they did not get it.

Could you pleas help me in this.?
