Calculated less pension

My revised pension as per 6th cpc is Rs.14450 which is communicated to me through L.no.-E/16/Pen/Electric-3-06 dt. Feb'09 by Sr. DPO/E.Rly/Howrah. but i getting Rs.14259 instead of Rs.14450. i can not tress the mistake of the authority concern. pl help. my details furnished below.;
